For over 20 years, the team behind Mallorca d’Or Charter has stood for passion, safety, and unforgettable experiences on the Mediterranean Sea. The company was founded in 2021 – since then, we have grown into the largest provider of motorboat charters in Cala d’Or. Our philosophy is simple: We take care of the details so you can focus fully on the sea.

Behind your perfect day on the water is a well-coordinated team of currently over 10 professionals. While our owner and management lead the vision and our office team handles all administration and your individual wishes, our dock crew ensures complete peace of mind.

Professionals by your side.

The majority of our team consists of highly qualified, trained skippers. They hold all necessary licenses to safely maneuver even the largest yachts in our fleet. But they are more than just captains:

• All-round support: We assist you with dock handling, loading your equipment, mooring, and help you with refueling upon return.

• Skippers & guides: Upon request, our crew accompanies you as skippers and local tour guides to the most hidden coves and beautiful spots along the Mallorcan coast that can't be found in any travel guide.
