SUBJECT MATTER
These terms govern the reservation and rental of recreational boats and related services. By using this website or requesting a service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices indicated on the website include applicable VAT (IVA). Payment is processed securely via the payment platform at the time of reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Cancellations of boat rental services must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date.
Cancellation more than 7 days in advance: A full refund (100%) of the amount paid will be issued.
Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: No refund will be granted, except in extraordinary circumstances (such as dangerous weather conditions preventing safe navigation), which will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the provision of the service becomes impossible due to weather safety reasons or a major technical failure of the vessel, you will be offered a date reschedule or a full refund of the amount paid.
RESPONSIBILITY AND QUALIFICATION
You are responsible for holding the required, valid nautical license to operate the rented vessel without a skipper. Mallorca D’Or Charter reserves the right to withhold delivery of the vessel if the qualification is insufficient; in this case, no refund will be granted.

OBJETO
Las presentes condiciones regulan la reserva y el alquiler de embarcaciones de recreo y motos de agua. Al utilizar este sitio web o solicitar un servicio, el Usuario consiente quedar vinculado por estas Condiciones.
PRECIOS Y PAGO
Todos los precios indicados en el sitio web incluyen el IVA aplicable. El pago se realiza de forma segura a través de la plataforma de pago en el momento de la reserva.
POLÍTICA DE CANCELACIÓN Y DEVOLUCIONES
Las cancelaciones de los servicios de alquiler de barcos deben realizarse con un mínimo de 7 días antes de la fecha de reserva.
Cancelación con más de 7 días de antelación: Se reembolsará el 100% del importe pagado.
Cancelación con menos de 7 días de antelación: No habrá derecho a reembolso, excepto en circunstancias excepcionales (como condiciones climáticas peligrosas que impidan la navegación segura), que serán evaluadas caso por caso por nuestro equipo.
FUERZA MAYOR
Si por razones de seguridad meteorológica o avería técnica grave de la embarcación no fuera posible prestar el servicio, se ofrecerá un cambio de fecha o el reembolso total del importe.
RESPONSABILIDAD Y TITULACIÓN
El Usuario es responsable de contar con la titulación náutica necesaria en vigor para el manejo de la embarcación alquilada sin patrón. Mallorca D’Or Charter se reserva el derecho de no entregar la embarcación si la titulación no es adecuada, sin derecho a reembolso.
